How You Will Achieve It
- Manage own time and professional development, be accountable for own results and prioritize workflows.
- Support the Operations Manager on specific real projects/issues
- Learn basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge and Pharmaceutical Processes
- Expose to the various functions ways of working
- Involve in team based meetings and discussions
- Establish application of statistical tools to enable analytics-based critical decision making
- Identify and support process improvement activities

- Active enrollment and completion of the 1st year in a graduate program in Chemical Engineering or similar degree in an accredited University
- Good Analytical skills; Ability to interpret data, identify trends, understand and forecast the impact
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable to change, open to new ideas
- Great team ethic, with an ability to operate both on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, including verbal, written and graphical representation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Preferably trained in a data analytics & visualization tool
