How You Will Achieve It

  • Manage own time and professional development, be accountable for own results and prioritize workflows.
  • Support the Operations Manager on specific real projects/issues
  • Learn basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge and Pharmaceutical Processes
  • Expose to the various functions ways of working
  • Involve in team based meetings and discussions
  • Establish application of statistical tools to enable analytics-based critical decision making
  • Identify and support process improvement activities

Qualifications Must-Have
  • Active enrollment and completion of the 1st year in a graduate program in Chemical Engineering or similar degree in an accredited University
  • Good Analytical skills; Ability to interpret data, identify trends, understand and forecast the impact
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptable to change, open to new ideas
  • Great team ethic, with an ability to operate both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, including verbal, written and graphical representation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have
  • Preferably trained in a data analytics & visualization tool
